AccessMedicine - Updated daily. Full text and images from the most recent editions of gold standard textbooks in internal medicine, cardiology, genetics, pharmacology, diagnosis and management, basic sciences, and patient care. Some features require free account registration, including the USMLE prep from the Lange Self Assessment Tool. Available on Android, BlackBerry, iPhone/iPad, Palm, and Windows Mobile.

ACP PIER - Updated monthly, via STAT!-Ref. The Physicians' Information and Education Resource provides evidence-rated guidance for point-of-care decision making. Includes structured disease modules, screening and prevention, CAM, ethical and legal issues, and procedures.

Clin-eguide - Point-of-care tool that provides one-click access to important clinical resources recommended by physicians for physicians. Coverage is in the areas of Clinical, Drug, EBM, and Guideline. Formerly known as ClinicalResource@Ovid (7/16/07). Available on Android, BlackBerry, iPhone/iPad, Palm, and Windows Mobile.

Diagnosaurus - Popular among medical students. Free for Palm, Windows Mobile, and Blackberry users. $.99 for iPhone users through the Apple iTunes Store. Includes 1000+ differential diagnoses. Search by disease, system, or organ system. Available on Android, BlackBerry, iPhone/iPad, Palm, and Windows Mobile.

DynaMed - Evidence-based clinical point of care tool with over 3,200 topic summaries. Available via web browser and on mobile devices. UAMS faculty, students, and staff request a serial number for use on mobile devices using UAMS email; Arkansas health professionals request mobile device access by emailing Jan Hart or contacting their local Regional Center library.

Evidence-based Medicine Reviews - Cochrane Database of Systematic Reviews, DARE, ACP Journal Club, and the Cochrane Controlled Clinical Trials Registry.

Geriatrics At Your Fingertips (GAYF) - High-quality medical care for older adults requires a special set of knowledge, clinical skills, and attitudes. Available on Android, BlackBerry, and iPhone/iPad.

Harrison's Online - Internal medicine textbook with GSM's Clinical Pharmacogy drug monographs. Part of AccessMedicine.

Lexi-Comp - Point of care source for pharmacology and clinical information.  Clinical applications include drug interactions, tablet & capsule identification, medical calculations and patient advisory leaflets. Available for Pharmacy students on Android, BlackBerry, iPhone/iPad, Palm, and Windows Mobile from Dr. Stowe in the College of Pharmacy.

MedCalc - MedCalc 3000 encompasses a wide array of pertinent medical formulae, clinical criteria sets and decision tree analysis tools. Select the "Resources" tab when you enter StatREF for access.

Merck Manual of Diagnosis and Therapy - Free web version of popular handbook.

National GuidelinesClearinghouse - Comprehensive database of evidence-based clinical practice guidelines and related documents. Structured summaries with links to full-text guideline when available. A collaborative initiative by AHRQ, AMA, and AAHP.

Natural Medicines Comprehensive Database - Evidence-based, evidence-rated information on herbal and dietary supplements. Includes natural product/drug interaction checker. UpToDate On Campus Access (no CME) - Concise topic reviews of published evidence with recommendations for patient care. Includes Lexi-Interact drug interactions analysis tool. Also visit UpToDate's mobile site, which is only available via campus wi-fi.
