Beginning August 3, the UAMS Library will be open on Sundays from 1-10pm. This gives patrons an extra hour of service (1-2pm) in the Library located in the Education II building.

The Library is a safe and comfortable place to work or study biomedical information. We offer a variety of specialized work spaces.
- Study distraction-free in the new study rooms on the 3rd floor equipped with networked computers.
- Collaborate with colleagues using portable whiteboards and 40”digital display monitors with computer and HDMIAV connectivity.
- Break for a snack in the lounge located on the first floor in room 116. Food and beverages are allowed in the library.
Friendly support staff…
Beyond the comfortable facilities, friendly staff is on hand to help you navigate the resources you need for your research, education, and patient care.
UAMS affiliates also receive additional support in the Library’s Learning Resource Center (LRC) on the 5th floor. LRC Technology Specialists can help you maintain and repair personal laptop and electronic devices. They also provide support for test proctoring, software support, computer aided instructional software, and a wide variety of technical support services.
Open to UAMS and the public…
The Library is open to patients, students, clinicians, and the general public who want to research and study quality biomedical information. While in our library patrons have access to UAMS Library online journals and books as well as our physical journals and books.
