Starting May 7, 2014 McAfee EMM will start to experience issues due to a certificate problem. For that reason, it is recommended that you uninstall McAfee EMM and setup the Exchange account on your mobile devices. Since the time frame for accomplishing this is so narrow and IT has not had the ability to test this process on all versions of Android devices, please only encrypt at your own discretion. The important thing to do at this time is to remove McAfee EMM and to setup your Exchange account, so that you do not lose access to your email. Please disregard the Encryption portion until further testing can be accomplished. We will send out further updates as we progress with the testing.
